Our Tek-Seal (formerly Kinseal) Sealant has a worldwide reputation for its ability to seal vacuum leaks on the job or the production line.
A real time-saver in servicing vacuum systems, Tek-Seal is the only liquid sealant with the capacity of sealing high vacuum connections. It will positively seal high vacuum leaks around threads, through flared connections, face joints, wherever metal joins metal. Tek-Seal sets up quickly, but remains flexible for easy disconnection. Tek-Seal is resistant to most solvents, can seal to 1 micron, and withstands temperatures from -100° F to +325° F.
Comes in a 4 oz. can with cap brush. Also available in 12cans per case.

The acidity test kit is an easy to use kit designed to detect acidic buildup in hydrocarbon or non-hydrocarbon inert vacuum pump fluids. Acid Buildup, common in today's corrosive semiconductor environments, can attack a vacuum pump's internal components, leading to pump failure and unnecessary downtime. Use of the acidity test kit helps to determine fluid or filter element change rates for optimum system performance. One Kit for Hydrocarbon and Non-Hydrocarbon Fluids. Detects Acidity Build-up in Hydrocarbon/Non-Hydrocarbon Fluids. Easy to use test. Indicates Fluid or Filter Element Change Rates. Each Kit can perform 7 individual Tests.
Formulation R-3603 Tubing with extra heavy walls for vacuum use. It will withstand a full vacuum at normal room temperature and because of its low vapor pressure, will not affect analysis of liquids or gases transmitted through it. Crystal clear and not wetted by mercury (it has a convex meniscus). Tygon vacuum hose is non-toxic and tasteless. Working temperature range -58°F. to 165°F. Will withstand up to 29.95 inches of mercury vacuum at 140°F. Tubing has a good chemical resistance to strong acids and a good chemical resistance to strong alkalies. Sizes available are 3/16" ID thru 1". Full roll is 50 ft., sold in 5 ft. intervals only.
PVC vacuum hose is heavy duty, wire reinforced wall and clear, allowing user to have full visual flow of material. Meets FDA standards. Maximum working temperature 150°F. Suitable for food and general purpose uses. NOT for chemical or acidic applications. (see our Tygon vacuum hose for these uses). Clear mirror smooth inside reduces material build-up. Easily sterilized. Vacuum rate in/Hg. is 29.5 in all sizes. Available from 1/4" ID thru 2" ID. Full coil is 100 ft. Sold in 10 ft. intervals only.
Filtering mechanical pump oil is essential for vacuum processes producing particles, hydrous acids or Lewis acids. Forcing the oil through elements that neutralize acids, adsorb moisture and entrain particles reduces pump repair costs while extending oil life. Motorguard filtration units attach directly to the mechanical pump with two tubes. Oil transfers by a high-pressure pump (115/230V TEFC electric motor) through parallel filter elements, each housed in a patented container.
They maintain oil at a pH of 7 while removing abrasive particles down to 0.1 micron diameter. Each unit ships with two 3/8" ID x 5' tubes and instruction sheets suggesting interconnections to different mechanical pump models.
